We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:
1. Notification Period:
- Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Fees:
- No fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
- A booking fee of $84 will be charged for appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- A booking fee of $150 will be charged for procedure cancellations made within 24 hours of the procedure
- A booking fee equal to one night of boarding will be charged for boarding cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival.
3. No-Shows:
- A booking fee of $84 will be charged for appointment no-shows.
- A booking fee of $150 will be charged for procedure no-shows
- A booking equal to one night of boarding will be charged for boarding no-shows
4. Late Arrivals:
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee the full appointment time.
5. Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule.
6. Communication:
- To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 970-328-5444. Appointments cannot be canceled via email.
7. Repeat Cancellations:
- Clients who cancel or reschedule frequently may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before scheduling. Deposits will be applied to the appointment.
